Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror game developed by video game studio Dynamic Pixels and published by tinyBuild. The goal of the game is to successfully sneak into the neighbor's house to find out what dark secrets he is hiding in the basement. The game is set up like a typical stealth game, where the player must avoid being detected by the neighbor while trying to figure out the puzzles to unlock the door to the basement.

Gameplay

Hello Neighbor is a stealth game at its core, and the gameplay revolves around trying to avoid being caught by the neighbor while also trying to figure out the puzzles to unlock the door to the basement. The game is heavily reliant on trial and error, as the player will often times find themselves getting caught by the neighbor and having to start from the beginning. The puzzles in the game are not overly difficult, but they can be frustrating at times. The game does a good job of gradually increasing the difficulty as the player progresses.

Graphics

Hello Neighbor's graphics are colorful and cartoony, which fits the tone of the game. The neighbor's house is well-detailed and there is a good amount of interactivity with the environment. The game runs smoothly and there are no major issues with the graphics.

Replayability

Hello Neighbor is a game that can be replayed multiple times. There is a good amount of replay value, as the player can try to beat their previous best time or try to find all of the collectibles in the game. There is also a secret ending that can be unlocked by completing the game in a certain way.

Conclusion

A worthwhile stealth game is Hello Neighbor, which is entertaining and difficult to master. The game boasts enjoyable gameplay, aesthetics, and replayability. The lack of a multiplayer mode is its lone drawback.
