Xbox Collaborates with Third-Party Studios to Develop Over 12 New Games

It was already common knowledge that Xbox Game Studios is in the process of developing various exclusive games, collaborating with third-party studios such as Kojima Productions (Death Stranding) and People Can Fly (Bulletstorm, Outriders). The studio is working on already announced titles such as Contraband, Towerborne and Ara: History Untold.

However, Xbox Game Studios has even more projects underway, with most appearing to be completely new titles yet to be announced. Crystin Cox, Xbox Game Studios' Director of Live Game Operations, discussed these developments in a recent Microsoft video release:

"We're currently working on a massive array of projects, with over a dozen games in production. Each project is entirely unique, and we apply a bespoke approach to them all."

With luck, a glimpse of at least one or two projects might emerge on Thursday (September 21), at the Tokyo Game Show, where Microsoft is hosting a showcase event - a detail we've mentioned in previous reports.
